Hi there,

I’m Danielle K Sattler (DK). I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) who is helping athletes improve their mental game. What does that mean or look like? It is different for everyone. I am here to support, listen, and teach athletes how to utilize mental performance skills.

I graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Psychology. I found my love and passion for sport psychology during my undergrad while I took a few sport psychology classes. I continued on to receive my Masters in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.

I work with individuals and teams. My niche is working with high school and collegiate athletes. Some sports I have experience working with are volleyball, baseball, gymnastics, cheer, basketball, and golf.

I am very passionate about what I do and how I can help athletes find their mind to body connection. Whether you are low in confidence, nervous before performances, lost motivation, or can’t focus on the task at hand, we can work on it!

When I am not helping athletes thrive, I thrive when going for runs/walks with my dog, spending time with my husband, and spending time at the lake.

It all begins with getting to know each other. I like to take a holistic approach and get to know each individual. We then go over why they have sought out mental performance training and what skills they might want to work on to build up their mental game. At the end of the session we will decide on a game plan for their personal mental performance training.
