What is Mental Performance Training & Who is DK?

Mental Performance Training is about helping athletes develop the mental side of their game. We will work together to develop mental skills such as confidence, motivation, focus, resilience, and more. These skills can help athletes develop a well-rounded mindset to take on each performance.

I’m Danielle K Sattler (DK). I am a Mental Performance Coach who is helping athletes improve their mental game. What does that mean or look like? It is different for everyone. I am here to support, listen, and teach athletes how to utilize mental performance skills.

This session is focused on getting to know one another, find out why the athlete is seeking out mental performance training, and create a game plan.

Mental Performance Initial Session Ext.

This session is a extended initial session that is focused on getting to know one another, find out why the athlete is seeking out mental performance training, and create a game plan.

Mental Performance Follow Up Session

This session is focused on following through with the game plan created in the initial sessions.
